The Washery Co. does not intend to receive or store a customer’s complete payment-card number or card-security code.

These photographs may incidentally include a doorway, porch, driveway, building exterior, apartment entry, package location, or other surroundings at the service address.
We will not intentionally use identifiable pickup or delivery photographs in public advertising, social media, or promotional materials without appropriate permission.
Customers should avoid placing unrelated private documents, valuables, people, license plates, access codes, or sensitive items in the area where an unattended pickup or delivery photograph may be taken.

We may contact customers by telephone, text message, or email regarding:
• Booking and membership confirmations;
• Pickup and delivery scheduling;
• Driver arrival;
• Access problems;
• Order questions;
• Changes or delays;
